Returning items to Doorstop World
We're sorry that our Doorstop isn't to your liking. Our doorstops are custom manufactured in the UK, to exacting specifications and after years of testing to determine the best materials & dimensions.
We do of course endorse the Distance Selling Regulations enshrined within the Consumer Contracts Regulations which became law in June 2014 and ask you to note the following should you wish to cancel your order & return your doorstop or other item:
- The Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.
- Confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email or letter.
- You may not return tailor-made or personalised goods.
- The original outbound postage (shipment from us to you) will be refunded.
- Return postage for returning the item will not be refunded.
- We are aware that some customers have unfortunately overlooked the warnings on the packaging concerning the strength of the magnets in magnetic hold doorstops and have then broken the magnets when they 'jump' together. This does not constitute a fault or reason for return - replacement magnets may be cheaply purchased here.
- Before returning an item, Please give us a call on 07775 486683 to confirm returns authorisation & address. We might even be able to suggest a better solution to your problem!
